Prepayment required: We accept checks, money orders, MasterCard, Visa, and institutional purchase orders. Orders received without complete payment (price of item, applicable tax, shipping charges) will be delayed.

Foreign Orders: Foreign orders must be prepaid in U.S. funds. Please add $10.00 to total payment for foreign bank collection fee.

Accounts: To establish an account with Volcano Press, please prepay your first order and submit three credit refeences for approval.

Some items are oversized and require an additional shipping charge. The additional charge is applied only once, to the first book in the order. Any additional shipping charges are indicated on the book profile page, next to the price.

Institutional Orders

Prepayment: orders totaling less than $25 must be prepaid.

Purchase Orders: We will invoice orders for $25 or more when submited on printed institutional purchase order forms, and upon credit approval. Payment in full is required 30 days from date of invoice. California institutions exempt from sales tax must submit resale license number.

Examination Copies: Please send your request on school/ college letterhead, along with your class syllabus.

Bookstores: Volcano Press offers trade discounts on some of our books. Send us your resale license number when ordering.

Errors: Damaged books and billing and shipping errors must be reported within thirty days of invoice.

Returns: With permission from Volcano Press, merchandise may be returned in resalable condition, within one year from invoice date. Credit only will be granted toward future purchases.
